• Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
We have the expertise to work with different organizations to conduct TNAs to determine what courses are required for specific populations for specific content and or specific applications.

• E-learning/Industrial Video Development:
E-learning has become one important tool to deliver training without setting for training in the classroom. It is a new way of delivering training and it can be accessed from the desktop, iPad or mobile. Our experts can set with your SMEs and design the required e-learning for your employees.

• Supply Training Equipment/Aids:
According to our experience in training, we can help the different organization to select best vendors and training equipment for their training centers, on the job training or advanced training.

• Training Audit/Quality Assurance:
Our training experts can conduct quality assurance reviews that evaluate the degree to which subject organization’s training environment and activities meet the organization's management business objectives and along with the best practices and national and international standards.

• Training Impact Assessment:
During any expansion, or designing and procuring new projects for any organization, new training is required to cope up with the new scope, equipment, and the commissioning, start-up, operations, and maintenance. During project phases and if early as possible conducting training requirement statements to be completed to identify equipment, systems, and processes for which training is required organized by trainee disciplines and population distributions. Our experts are familiar with this process including training needs analysis, knowledge Skill Matrix (KSM) and training impact assessment.

• Training support systems : In order to have a very systematic approach to our consultations and services, we have a system to request the service, monitor progress, ease and track the process implementation from A-Z.
